– Identification documents if a KYC step is required for a paid engagement.
– Project information you provide when requesting tokenisation, legal, or financial advisory services.
– Newsletter sign-up data and ebook download details.

3.2 Information we collect automatically
IP address and approximate location; browser type, version, and language; operating system and device type; referring URL and pages visited on the Site; date, time, and duration of your visit; click and scroll behaviour; anonymous identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies. As of the date of this Policy, we do not use Automated Decision Making to make consequential decisions about you. If that changes, we will update this Policy and notify newsletter subscribers by email.
3.3 Information from third parties
Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics); advertising networks on the blog (such as Google AdSense and its certified partners); social networks if you interact with our content on them; CRM and marketing-automation providers; anti-spam services.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Where the law requires it, we will request your prior consent through a cookie banner before placing non-essential cookies.
5. Advertising disclosures (Google AdSense and other vendors)
The Tokenova blog is supported by online advertising through Google AdSense and other ad networks. The following disclosures are made in accordance with Google’s publisher policies:
– Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or to other websites.
– Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
– You may opt out of personalised advertising via Google’s Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads), the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://www.aboutads.info/choices/), or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (https://www.youronlinechoices.eu).
In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, non-personalised ads are shown by default until you grant consent through our cookie banner (which uses Google’s certified Consent Management Platform).
6. How we use your information
– to operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
– to respond to enquiries and provide the consultancy services you request;
– to send newsletters, ebook content, and updates to subscribers;
– to display and measure advertising on the blog;
– for research and development (improving our services and understanding visitor behaviour);
– to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, ad click-fraud, and security incidents;
– to comply with legal, regulatory, and AML/KYC obligations where applicable;
– to enforce our Terms and protect our rights.
7. Legal bases for processing
Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the EU/UK GDPR, or another law with similar rules applies, we rely on: consent (for non-essential cookies, personalised advertising, and direct marketing), contract (to deliver services you have requested), legal obligation (regulatory and AML/KYC requirements), and legitimate interests (security, audience measurement, operating the business commercially).
8. How we share information
We do not sell or lease your personal data in the ordinary sense. We share information with:
– Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, CRM, security) under written instructions and confidentiality obligations;
– Advertising partners, including Google AdSense and its certified vendors, for the purpose of displaying and measuring advertising on the blog (this may count as a “sale” or “share” under the CCPA — see section 10);
– Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) where necessary to deliver consultancy services;
– Legal and regulatory recipients where required by law or to protect our rights or those of others;
– Counterparties in a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets;
– Anyone else you specifically consent to.
9. International data transfers
Tokenova operates from the UAE. Our service providers may host or process data elsewhere, including the EU, the UK, and the US. Where we transfer data outside its country of origin, we rely on the safeguards permitted by applicable law, including adequacy, Standard Contractual Clauses, or your explicit consent.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
– access the data we hold about you;
– rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
– erase data we no longer need to keep;
– restrict or object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing and profiling;
– withdraw consent at any time;
– data portability in some cases;
– lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority — the UAE Data Office, your local data protection authority in the EU/UK, or the California Attorney General’s Office.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To opt out, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer or email [email protected]. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first.
11. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy or as required by law (including AML/KYC record-keeping obligations where applicable). Indicative periods:
– consultation enquiries: up to 36 months after the matter is resolved;
– newsletter and ebook data: until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression period;
– blog comments: as long as the comment is published;
– analytics data: aggregated or de-identified for up to 26 months;
– log and security data: typically up to 12 months unless an incident requires longer;
– regulatory and accounting records: as long as required by law.
12. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, access controls, and regular review of our service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
13. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions with a higher threshold). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
14. Third-party links and embeds
The Site may link to or embed content from third parties, including LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and partner platforms. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period and, where you are a newsletter subscriber, communicated by email.

Terms & Conditions (rewrite, AdSense-ready)
Last updated: 18 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://tokenova.co and all related sub-pages, sub-domains, and content (together, the “Site”) operated by Tokenova (“we”, “us”, “our”), a tokenisation and Web3 consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the public-facing Site, including the blog, news, academy, ebook downloads, and consultation forms. A separate written engagement letter governs any paid consultancy service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to engage Tokenova for paid services. The Site may be used by anyone old enough under their local law to consent to the processing of their personal data; for the avoidance of doubt, the Site is not directed to children under 13.
2. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, use reasonable means to bring the changes to your attention. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
3. The service we provide on the Site
The Site is an informational and editorial resource about tokenisation, blockchain, Web3, DeFi, NFTs, smart contracts, UAE company formation, and related topics. Articles, news posts, ebooks, podcast episodes, and academy materials are published for general information and discussion.
The Site is not an offer to sell or solicit the purchase of any security, token, or financial instrument. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Engagement of Tokenova as a consultancy is governed by a separate, signed engagement letter — not by reading the Site or contacting us through it.
4. Comments, submissions, and User Content
If you submit comments, messages, ebook download details, or any other content through the Site (“User Content”), you confirm that:
– the content is your own original work or you have permission to share it;
– the content does not infringe any law or any third party’s rights;
– the content is not defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable;
– the content does not contain malware or links to harmful resources;
– the content does not promote money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or anything contrary to the laws of the United Arab Emirates or your jurisdiction.
By submitting User Content, you grant Tokenova a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, layout, design, graphics, logos, trade marks, ebooks, and software, is owned by Tokenova or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may:
– access and view content for your personal, non-commercial use;
– share short excerpts and links to articles with credit and a link back to the original.
You may not:
– copy, republish, redistribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written consent;
– scrape or harvest the Site by automated means at a rate that places a disproportionate load on our infrastructure;
– use the content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model without our prior written consent;
– remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notice.
6. Editorial independence and advertising
Tokenova publishes editorial content independently. The blog is supported by online advertising, including through Google AdSense and other ad networks. We may also participate in affiliate programs. Sponsored content, paid placements, and affiliate links are labelled in line with applicable advertising rules. See our Disclaimer for full details.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
– use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
– impersonate any person or entity;
– post content that incites hatred, violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination;
– post content contrary to the laws of the United Arab Emirates;
– interfere with or disrupt the Site or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it;
– introduce malicious code;
– engage in click fraud or any conduct that artificially inflates ad impressions, clicks, or engagement metrics;
– use the Site or its content in any manner that violates Google Publisher Policies or Google Publisher Restrictions while ads are displayed.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party websites and embeds third-party content. We do not control and are not responsible for those services; following a link is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
– the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
– we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components;
– we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, currency, or reliability of any article, guide, prediction, price, or jurisdictional analysis;
– nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
See our separate Disclaimer for more.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokenova, its owners, employees, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to one hundred United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 100). This limit does not apply to the separate engagement letters that govern paid consultancy work, which contain their own liability provisions.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tokenova and its owners, employees, contributors, and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or any third party’s rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, save where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence apply.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil or military authority, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, strike, internet outage, hosting provider failure, or denial-of-service attack.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Disclaimer, and any signed engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tokenova with respect to the Site.

Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones Tokenova (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses on https://tokenova.co (the “Site”), why we use them, and how you can manage your choices. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
- What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Similar technologies — web beacons, pixels, local storage, and SDKs — function in comparable ways and are covered by this Policy.
Cookies can be first-party (set by Tokenova) or third-party (set by a partner such as Google), and session (cleared when you close your browser) or persistent (stored until they expire or you delete them).
- Categories of cookies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the Site to function: session, security, load balancing, and the record of your cookie choices. Cannot be switched off through the consent banner.
2.2 Preferences
Remember your language, theme, and other settings.
2.3 Analytics
Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve content, navigation, and performance. We use Google Analytics, which may set cookies such as `_ga`, `_gid`, `_ga_`. Opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
2.4 Advertising and measurement
Display advertising on the blog, limit how often you see an ad, measure ad effectiveness, and detect click fraud. Our primary advertising partner is Google AdSense. Google and certified vendors may set cookies such as `IDE`, `NID`, `__gads`, `__gpi`, and similar identifiers.
Summary disclosure:
– Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
– Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
– Opt-out: https://www.google.com/settings/ads (Google), https://www.aboutads.info/choices/ (DAA), https://www.youronlinechoices.eu (EDAA).
In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, advertising cookies are set only after you have given consent through our cookie banner.
2.5 Marketing automation and CRM
Where you submit a consultation request, download an ebook, or subscribe to the newsletter, our marketing-automation and CRM providers may set cookies to remember your form submission and to attribute downstream activity. These cookies are first-party where possible.
2.6 Embedded content
Articles and pages may embed YouTube, LinkedIn, or X content. Those platforms set their own cookies when you interact with the embed.

Disclaimer
Last updated: 18 May 2026
The information and content published on https://tokenova.co (the “Site”) by Tokenova (“we”, “us”, “our”) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. This Disclaimer supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and should be read together with them.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer in full.
- No legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice
Tokenova publishes articles, news, guides, ebooks, podcasts, and academy materials on tokenisation, blockchain, Web3, DeFi, NFTs, smart contracts, UAE company formation, taxation, AML/KYC, jurisdictional planning, and related topics.
None of this content is legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. It does not take into account your specific objectives, financial situation, regulatory status, or needs.
Reading an article, downloading an ebook, listening to a podcast episode, subscribing to the newsletter, or contacting us through a form on the Site does not create an advisor-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship between you and Tokenova. A professional relationship is formed only by a separate, signed engagement letter agreed in writing.
You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything you read on the Site without first seeking advice from a qualified, licensed professional in your own jurisdiction.
- No offer or solicitation
Nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, issue, or transact in any security, token, cryptocurrency, NFT, derivative, or financial instrument. Where the Site discusses ICOs, IDOs, STOs, token launches, tokenomics, DeFi protocols, or specific projects, those discussions are educational and editorial — not recommendations.
Any token offering carried out under our consultancy services is offered only through compliant channels described in the relevant offering documents, only in jurisdictions where it is lawful, and only to investors who meet the applicable suitability and accreditation requirements.
- Crypto, Web3, and tokenisation are high-risk
Digital assets and tokenised products are volatile, speculative, and may be subject to total loss of value. Regulatory treatment varies by jurisdiction and changes frequently. Past performance of any token, protocol, project, or strategy is not indicative of future results. Smart contracts can contain bugs and vulnerabilities; audits reduce but do not eliminate risk.
Before participating in any token, NFT, DeFi, or tokenised-asset activity, consider whether it is appropriate for you, whether it is lawful in your jurisdiction, and whether you can afford to lose the entire amount invested.
- Jurisdictional analysis and “best jurisdictions”
Articles that compare jurisdictions (UAE — including DIFC and ADGM — Singapore, Switzerland, Cayman Islands, BVI, and others) summarise general regulatory positions as we understand them at the time of writing. Laws and regulator practice change. Country-specific statements are not a substitute for advice from a locally licensed professional.
- Accuracy, currency, and forward-looking statements
We work to publish accurate and up-to-date content. Even so, the regulatory, financial, and technological landscape changes rapidly. Some content includes forward-looking statements (market forecasts, adoption estimates, regulatory predictions). Forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain; actual outcomes may differ.
Information is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
If you find an error, we welcome corrections at [email protected].
- Reviews, opinions, and editorials
Opinion pieces and editorials reflect the personal views of the author at the time of writing and do not represent the views of Tokenova, any client, partner, or sponsor.
- Affiliate links and commercial relationships
Some links on the Site may be affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and engage with a service, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial judgement.
- Sponsored content and paid placements
Where an article, podcast episode, or social post is paid for or sponsored, or where a partner has provided us with information for editorial coverage, we label it clearly with markers such as “Sponsored”, “Paid partnership”, or “In partnership with [name]”. Accepting a sponsorship never guarantees positive coverage.
- Advertising
The Site, in particular the blog, is supported by online advertising, including through Google AdSense and other ad networks. Advertisements are not selected by our editorial team and do not constitute an endorsement of the advertised product, service, project, or token. Clicking on an advertisement takes you to a third-party site governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for any transaction you enter into with an advertiser.
We may earn revenue from impressions and clicks on these advertisements. This revenue does not influence editorial coverage.
- Trade marks, copyright, and third-party material
Project names, protocol names, token names, logos, screenshots, and other third-party material referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Site is for the purpose of news reporting, criticism, comment, review, and education, in line with fair use, fair dealing, and equivalent exceptions under applicable copyright law. No endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation is implied unless we expressly state otherwise.
If you are a rights holder and believe material on the Site infringes your rights, please contact [email protected].
- User-generated content
Comments and submissions posted by readers are the responsibility of the people who posted them and do not reflect the views of Tokenova. We may, but are not obliged to, moderate or remove comments at our discretion.
- External links
The Site links to third-party websites for the convenience of readers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, practices, security, or privacy policies of any third-party site. A link is not an endorsement.
- Brand notice — multiple “Tokenova” entities
To prevent confusion: there are multiple entities operating under the “Tokenova” name across different domains and jurisdictions. This Site (tokenova.co) is operated by the Dubai-based tokenisation and Web3 consultancy described in our About page. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tokenova, Inc. (a separate US, Florida-based, SEC-registered entity operating at tokenova.com) or any other unrelated entity using the “Tokenova” name. If you are looking for the US entity, please visit their site directly.
> (If you in fact are affiliated with tokenova.com, delete the paragraph above and replace it with a statement of the relationship.)
- Local content rules
Some content on the Site may discuss regulatory positions, products, or activities that are restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. The discussion of such material is journalistic and educational and does not encourage participation in any activity that is unlawful where you live.
- Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokenova, its owners, employees, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
